GIS Specialties

The Civil Engineering consulting services offered by FTC are primarily focused on the computerized mapping, modeling, inspection and asset management of municipal utility and infrastructure systems utilizing the GIS computer software.  These systems include potable water systems, gravity sewer systems, sewer force mains, reclaimed water systems, storm water systems and various other municipal infrastructure.  FTC's Land Use Planning services are primarily focused on the computerized mapping, digital transformation, land planning processes, and plan and regulation development in local governments using advanced GIS software. These services include permit and site plan review, planning report writing, zoning and landscape inspections, preparation of review documents and reports, participation in staff meetings, and creating presentation graphics for public meetings. FTC also provides comprehensive planning services for digital zoning and 3D mapping, smart cities, census demographic analysis, sustainable development, and community engagement based on these GIS applications.

Florida Technical Consultants, LLC (FTC) is a Civil Engineering and Land Use Planning consulting firm offering specialized in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) consulting services to governmental agencies and private companies in Palm Beach and the surrounding counties of South Florida.   FTC has been in business since January 2014 and is set up as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) under the state of Florida. Our firm maintains a current status on the Engineering Business Registry under the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) and has obtained pre-qualification as a Professional Consultant under Florida’s CCNA (Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act) for many municipalities and government agencies in Florida. These include Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Deerfield Beach, Marathon, Miami Gardens, Hollywood, and North Miami Beach.
